In this next edition of the Food Forest Way workshop series we learn all about the soil food web with Angela Skehan teaching the fundamentals of how to build healthy soil in your garden.
In the afternoon we travel just south of Kyogle to Cedar Point where Andre’s food forest on swales are designed with living terraces of Vetiver grass and other soil building support species.
After a guided walk and talk site tour we finish the day with a propagation prac followed by a hands on planting design session.
